This e-Service allows applicants, contractors and site supervisors to register to access LTA.PROMPT for submission of works application, information enquiry.

Time required to fill in the eform (excluding registration for free email account) is 5 minutes.

You will need the following documents to fill in the eform:

Softcopy of the NRIC / Work Permit (required to show last 4 digits)
Soft copy of CITI Pavement Certificate or Recognised Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
